While we’re located in Landrum, Tryon is just as close. One of our favorite things about both are the many antique and thrift stores to hunt for treasure. It’s easy to spend a day, maybe more, just browsing! Here are a few of our favorites:
Tryon Antique Mall & Marketplace – 1005 S Trade St, Tryon, NC – located just a short drive outside our neighborhood, this is one of our favorites! Large selection of booths, many varied items, something for everyone. We found our framed quilts, some hanging posters, and several other pieces here.
Old Mill Market Square – Go on a weekday if you can, but even if it’s busy, this place is huge! We’ve gone many times and keep coming back, many pieces for our house were discovered here. Lots of furniture and unique finds. Look for the fudge and locally made soaps near the front.
The Yankee Peach Antiques & Collectibles – 120 East Rutherford Street, Landrum – one of a kind antique store, great collection of items, great prices, great selection, friendly staff. One of our favorites!
Saavy Scavengers Antique Mall – 105 S Randolph Ave, Landrum – Great prices, large, varied selection. You’ll lose yourself in here!
Dark Horse Antiques – 1161 S Trade St, Tryon, NC – we’ve gone here several times and each time found something new. Close to our house, fun to browse, open later than other antique stores.
The Shops at LAM (Landrum Antique Mall) – 221 E Rutherford St Landrum – with four shops under one roof, you’ll find something old, something unique, or something updated.
The Hospice Barn – 1810 SC-14, Landrum – just outside of downtown Landrum, right near I-26. Great prices, lots of furniture, decor, home items, antiques.
Operation Hope Resale Shop – 206 E. Rutherford St., Landrum
Expressions Florist & Antiques – 105 E. Rutherford St., Landrum
Foothills Amish Furniture – 106 E Rutherford St, Landrum – Their items are not antique or secondhand but this shop is worth a visit!
